Becuase it's hard for some to believe. The world is so messed up people think God couldn't exist or everything would be perfect. They want everything now and to be easy so they refuse to believe. Some are into the "hear it see it feel it" thing, they think, "if I can't prove it it's not possible". And others are afraid to believe, even if they won't admit it to themselves. It's scary to think someone is out there watching you, or that you go on after death, so they refuse to believe it.

Jesus had some good ideas while he was alive. I'm not against him. I don't hate God because I don't think there is a god.
If you want to try help me, feel free. Pray for me all you like. I'll let you know if anything happens. But what happens if I don't convert to christianity? Does that mean God didn't answer a prayer to save someone from hell? If so, does that mean it's his plan to send me to hell, in which case all the praying in the world doesn't make any difference. Or does it mean that there is no God? In which case praying is useless.

Because the devil is doing everything that he can, to everyone that he can, to keep them in a life of sin. The devil will try to keep you so busy and preoccupied with the things of this world, so that you don't have the time or just no longer care about your salvation. He doesn't want you to think about your salvation because getting saved and believing in God and Jesus keeps you out of hell and lets you spend eternity in Heaven. Its probably not even their fault they are against God and Jesus, but the problem is so out of control and the world is so corrupt and full of sin, that it is almost a lost cause to try and save their life. Because they have all ready made up their mind and don't want to hear what you have to say, everyone is so stubborn or too proud to even listen.

It's people like you that turn others against God and Jesus. The absolute belief that YOU must "save" us. God gave us free will. If someone tells you they are not interested in hearing your views on Christ...then they are not interested, stop pushing YOUR religion down our throats, The Catholic Church has become a pitiful mockery of religions moral stability and is another reason why so many have turned from the faith.

I hope you are some pimply faced teenager who is just really bored. But if you aren't YOU are the one that needs guidance. So what you are pretty much saying is that Christianity is the only and best religion in the world and that anyone who practices any other religion is going to hell. Well, if I were you I would not worry about these people too much because in their religion they probably won't be going to hell, but they will in yours, but they aren't apart of your religion so why do you even care?

Not everyone that doesn't believe what you believe, that doesn't accept the teachings and the "book" you have accepted is necessarily against it. Christianity is just one system of beliefs in the history of mankind that you choose to believe and if it gives meaning to your life then it makes your life better and nobody should be "against" it.
There are however other belief systems for men that other accept that work the same for them. A sign of true charity might be to allow others the believe differently.

I am not an over religious person, personally i do not believe in a God, I believe in evolution. But, i have nothing against you or your beliefs, they are yours. I think the "against" you describe is people's reation to those who try to push their religion on everyone. Like you saying you can "help" us, there is nothing to help, you believe what you believe, we believe what we do, please why cant it just beleft at that. I give my heart and soul to my wife and my child, and there is no one who will ever convince me that is wrong. Please, do not take this as a rude answer, it is not meant to be, only as a possibility, please be open mined enough to realize that many different people believe many different things.
