While cooking food your hair accidently falls into your food, you never realise until the time you start eating. Now can you remove the hair and start eating again or trash the food and cook again ? Is hair in our food considered really unhealthy ?

If it's your own clean hair that fell in,, I wouldn't worry about health problems,, just pick the hair out and eat your food.

It's unlikely you'd get an infection from a hair in your food. The health risks are low. However it's very unappetizing, and ruins the texture. But if it's your own hair go for it. You have to give your immune system something to do, to keep it in shape.

No not all. Infact in some tribes hair is considered a very good spice in food. In special human sacrifice rituals food is served with hair to chok the guy to death. Intresting dish nahh!
