Very much so.....
Praying to the dead....
Praying with the 'help' of saints....
Trusting in a system rather than a Savior......
Using a priest as a mediator between them and God (1 Timothy 2:5)
Transubstantiation........

The Doctrine of the Church is not defective. The people who belong to that Church...well, think of the Church as a hospital for sinners, not a hotel for saints.

To the extent that it is a human institution, and humans are imperfect, yes, the Roman Catholic Church is defective, rather like all churches, faiths, governments and all other human endeavors.

It is defective in ahuman way, however is the only church that seems more ike the type of church Jesus would have like.
Every church is completely unpefect, becase they are humans, not divinities or saints, (saint is a person whose faith in Christ is so big, he won´t deny anything to them, even if they are death, remeber God is God of living, not of dead, also remember how the ancient patriarchs interced to God directly for their people, remember the roman soldier who interceded for his employee to Christ, and many other examples about intercesion between men and Christ, in order to Christ to interced to us to the Father.)

The church in general is defective. It is an anachronism with doctrines that are of no relevance to modern society.

No.
Church is the assembly of the People that God has called together from the ends of the earth.
The Body of Christ cannot be defective.
Jesus came to heal people who are sinners or hurt or broken. These are the people in His Church.
With love in Christ.

Yes, as much as every other church. Organised religion is defective.

they certainly have taken some liberties in many things. For a religion that is based on the Bible, I have no idea how they can do some things. For example, they worship of Mary. She was barely mentioned in the bible. And what is "orginal sin"? They made that up.

if by 'defective' you mean 'missing something relevant to its purposes' then no, the RC church has everything that Christ expects of his Church.
if by 'defective' you means 'having elements that don't always work properly', then unfortunately, yes, called 'members'
