This is not a good question to ask,
and a lot of people answer this question without even know anything about the religion they proclaim that it is "the dumbest"
plus: that everybody should respect other religions even if they don't believe in any of them.

Rastafarianism
Here's why: It supports the religious use of reefers. That in and of itself makes its followers dumb. As a collective whole, that would make the Rastafarian religion dumber than any other collectivity of believers.
Also, the Polygamist FLDS Mormon community in Hildale, UT and Colorado City, AZ (border towns) has the highest percentage of Fumarese Deficency in the world. Fumarese deficiency is a form of mental retardation that is produced when cousins and relatives have kids together. All 8000 of them descend from one or both of the city's two male founders (and their several wives).
If you categorize retards as 'dumb', then I guess the FLDS would trump the Rastafarians, but if you consider retardation as a medical condition outside of the realm of 'dumb' then I guess that wouldn't work.
