You did interview and accept the job. So, no, your employer isn't doing anything wrong at all. This is a free country, you are free to interview with another company and accept a job with them. You shouldn't have taken the job in the first place if you feel qualified for something better.

i don't know that you're worth a lot more beneficial because you look to spend a lot of time posting questions right here at Yahoo!solutions and stewing over the very actuality your boss is in Disney international. come back to artwork.

It depends on what you are doing. But it does sound like you are not making enough. It may be okay if you do not have a lot of responsibility and have great health insurance and a 401K.
