Birds in the heron and egret family have these long plumes. If you are in the US check Great Blue Heron, Little Blue Heron, Great Egret and Snowy Egret. There are a few other species that also show the plumes, but these are the most common. Both egrets are solid white, the herons are blue and or gray. They are really beautiful birds!
