How well does that work, do you have to change the recipe any from when you use cocoa?

That sounds like a great idea. I've never done it, but I can't see why it wouldn't work. After all, the coffee bean and the chocolate bean both grow in a very similar manner, and are processed the same.

I wouldn't think it would change anything, other than the taste. Mmmmmm.

no but I have used the french vanilla coffee creamer when I made french toast. It comes out very yummy!!!
