Well, i'm having them again. i i can't afford medication. I think i'm starting to develop tremors as well. there is alot going on now in my life. I'm trying really hard to keep up with everything but i can't sometimes. When i start Falling behind i get like this. I know lack of sleep isn't helping either. I worry to much, and i don't sleep much. Does anyone have any idea's on how to fix these things without pills?

if you lived in a big city like chicago...there are PLENTY OF options to fix that without pills...I go through the same things sometimes....and when I'm stressed...I'll hop on a bus to the lake....lie down and watch the clouds go by...even if I'm stressed out of my wits...and you know city people are stressed to the MAX! Constant rushing...life never stops...but I make it stop...just for me....I have ALOT to do...ALOT of responsibilites, but I calm down if I'm outside on a beautiful spring day...talking and walking....standing by a tree, reading a book...writing poetry as the wind shines down on my face...letting me know that I'm aware and awake in my reality that i'm creating at that moment...and in those moments you get inspired...and when you get inspired...nothing sad or heartbreakening can bring you down...because nature is so uplifting...even sitting at home....walking in the rain...watching the rain poor down on that window....

I'm such a simple person...it doesn't take much for me to get out of a breakdown...it just takes the love of my friends, and support of my family, to make me realize...that hey...I can change the way I think :)

Exercise helps, if you start sweating from say running, your body produces endorphins which kind of produces the same type of effect medications try to accomplish. Also talking to a good friend to help get things off your mind is good. Write a list of all the things you need to do the next day and put it by your bed. Then try to not think of anything that worries you because its written down. Take a vacation if you can sometimes thats all it takes to get your adrenaline back in check. - Relaxation. Our fight and flight response is all screwed up and can't turn off. That's what causes most physical symptoms. Avoid caffeine. Sounds like your totally burnt out. You need to slow down and worry about your health and not everything else for a change. Good luck. I know that they have some counseling clinics for people who are low on dough so look in your phonebook and check it out.

well,

ativans/lorazapams in the valium family are 12 bucks no more for 30 of them a month...
if you have anxiety disorder, you almost need something medically...but if you cant afford it i understand

if you have an anxiety attack, sometimes if bad enough can cause a person to hyperventilate, so always good to keep a paper lunch bag with you so that you can breathe into the bag if that happens...and yes it really does work

also try deep cleansing breaths...
breathe in nose slowly and exhale with small breaths

Valerian Root if ur not allergic is said to be helpful and I think Lavender is too...

perhaps lavender in aromatherapy

You can go to a doctor. If you have no insurance and low income, then go to your county's department of social services. They will have you seen for either free or a very small fee based on your income.

A lot of people have money and just don't want to fork it out for treatment. If you are not low income, you are going to have to put out the money and see a counselor/therapist.
