"some take pride in disbelieving, some have exessive ego&some are justsaying so for the heck of it".
That's a pretty sad collection of lies you're telling there, junior. Atheism is obviously the product of humility, not of pride: we're not the ones claiming that we occupy a special place in the universe, or that there's a basically human creator of the universe, or (worst of all) that when we open our mouths, the words that come out are from "god". All of those are standard religious beliefs, and they're all FAR more arrogant than anything I've ever heard any atheist say.
You need to work on this arrogance problem. This excessive Christian "pride in ignorance" drives people away from your religion.

What does it matter to you? Some people need systematic, scientific proof. Something they can touch. That doesn't mean they have an over inflated ego.
Why do you, or I for that matter, believe in God without physical proof of existence? Because we can. It's not our place to be so judgmental. What a boring world if everyone was exactly the same.
Why can't you just understand that we are all individuals and we should celebrate our differences rather then trying to force other to believe the same as us.

We disbelieve, because we consider our selves to be this body only. We dont realize that our real self is, what disappears, when we die!
Because we feel we are body, we take the help of our body senses, to comprehend God. When we are not able, since He is as divine as our own soul, we stop at that and start disbelieving His existence.
As we can not see our soul, we can not see God also.
We need to have a saint to guide us into believing in God. Where is he ? He has the capacity to appear, if you are serious about him.

Well, without evidence of somethings existence, I see no reason to believe in it. In fact, I consider believing in something that isn't supported by evidence, a bit inane.
I don't take pride in not believing any more than for disbelieving in the Easter Bunny or Santa Claus. Do you?

Many people judge God, based on the claims of people who call themselves his people. Unfortunately, the majority of these belie their claims by their life-styles & other choices & actions. This gives God a very undeserved, negative, reputation in the minds & hearts of many with onlookers. These often conclude that for people to 'get away' with the horrible things going on in the world, that God must not even exist.

Or, oh my GOD!....some just actually don't believe God exists! Wow, a crazy concept I know, but if you thought about it for a second you might realize some people honestly don't believe in God. Pride in disbelieving? Well, only in the sense that it equates to intelligent and rational thought! Excessive ego? No, not so. Just saying so for the heck of it? Sheesh, are you kidding me here. NO! Get over yourself!

For much the same reason that they have stopped believing in Santa, I would think.
Another reason for disbelief is the myriad definitions of God, all extremely limiting the illimitable, so as to make God a comfortable, tame sort of deity whom one can appease with ritual and can be relied upon to punish those who believe anything other than the orthodox.

Mostly when you see too many irrational things being done in order to appease Him without any measure able results and/or you see only the good people suffering and/or stark disparity in living conditions of fellow-humans who are supposedly children of the same God.

I don't disbelieve, I don't believe in anything. ther are things I know, Things I don't know, and things I don't know I don't know. So far there has been no proof for the existence of any gods, spirits, ghosts, pink unicorns, flying pasta beasts, or any supernatural baloney. I only know what I know based on the evidence that I have found and have tested against the facts.

The existence of a god cannot be claimed as fact unless it is supported by evidence. It isn't. So you can ascribe, in your condescending way, all the motives to it you want, but what it boils down to is that it is a myth that is no more factual than Santa Claus or the Tooth Fairy.
