my 2nd,3rd,4th letter is a bird.

6th,1st- is cool

1st,2nd,7th,4th letter- is a part of the face.

4,7,1,3 is a way of saying good.

4th letter equals 5th one

HEI. that is the capital of tamilnadu. That's our Singara "CHENNAI"
2,3,4=> HEN - a bird
6,1 => AC - cool
1,2,7,4=> CHIN - a part of face
4,7,1,3 => NICE - a way of saying good
4=5 => N - equal letters
So the city is our "CHENNAI"
