Roasted Asparagus w/ Parmesan
Warm Crossants (the little ones) w/ Raspberry or Peach Butter
Fresh Fruit tossed w/ a dressing of lime juice, honey & chopped mint
Coconut Layer Cake

Teriyaki Grilled Chicken Skewers
Rice Pilaf or a Fried Rice
Whole Green Beans w/ Toasted Almonds, butter and salt
Cheesy Bread (baguette slices topped w/ a nice-melting cheese like Muenster or Provolone and run under the broiler for a ocupel minutes)
Fresh Strawberry Pie

The best banana pudding EVER!

INGREDIENTS
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
3 cups cold milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
4 bananas, sliced
1/2 (12 ounce) package vanilla wafers
DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in condensed milk, pudding mix, cold milk and vanilla until smooth. Fold in 1/2 of the whipped topping.
Line the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish with vanilla wafers. Arrange sliced bananas evenly over wafers. Spread with pudding mixture. Top with remaining whipped topping. Chill.

What i would cook is backed mac and cheese with some bbq chicken and some collard greens with some cornbread that would be i nice meal for mothers day that i know my mom will enjoy

start of with a prawn cocktail, then either a lamb roast, or a fillet of steak, for desert why dont you do strawberries and cream. Dont forget a lovely glass of bubbly also.

Fried chicken, collard greens w/pepper sauce, cracking corn bread, baked macaroni and cheese, and black eyed peas. YUM! I know that's what I want! :)
