people are tired of seeing shows about babies. we need to see more of weight loss events. afterall obesity outweighs babies.

Celebrity Fit Club 5 starts in April on VH1. I've been waiting for it to start again for months. I love that show. I usually try to find one of the people on the show that I can really relate to and that my body composition and amount of weight I need to lose is similiar and it helps to keep me motivated. Plus, I have Harvey's weight loss dvd to keep me going.

But there are lots of shows about weight loss. Celebrity Fit Club, The Biggest Loser, MTV had that series about fat camp and they had a True Life episode about people undergoing gastric bypass surgery, Oprah is doing an ongoing weight-loss challenge, and of course there are a ton of exercise shows, usually early in the morning. I don't recall all the many shows specifically about babies.

when you eat calorie friendly fruits and vegetables that are in season they tend to taste better and you re more likely to enjoy them

the problem with the weight loss industry is the idea that a pill , or some sort of drink is going to be your fix , when the fact is it's not , want to lose weight , get off your backside , exercise , don't eat like a cow ,
