ok, here's the thing. I had a baby...gained 70lbs (I know..its terrible)...but thus far I have lost 50 lbs by breastfeeding and time..I suppose. I have been just recently doing 8 min Pilate's and 8 min Arms and another workout tape for abs. I need to lose 20 lbs. How long might you suppose this would take? Oh yes, also...about 3 days a week I go to the gym and I walk at a pace of 4.0 for 1min30secs then I run for 1min30seconds at a pace of 6.0+...I do this for 20 minutes total. I also watch what I eat. Mostly fruits, veggies, a lot of Fat Free Cottage Cheese and Fat Free Yogurt.
Any advice? I have really been trying and everyone tells me I look good, but I want more, ya know? I want to be back to the old me.

Well done, what you are doing is obviously working.
Watch the fat free and diet foods, they often have other ingredients which bump up the calorie count.

Congratulations on the baby and on losing the weight. You've done a remarkable job thus far and only 20 more lbs to go. keep on doing every thing that you are doing. I would continue with the yogurt and cottage cheese as calcium is great for losing weight. Maybe add some lean protein like fish or chicken. Really watch the carbohydrates like breads, pasta or potato's. If you continue at the pace your going you'll probably lose the last 20 lbs in about 10 weeks. Best of luck to you for a long and healthy life.

Keep doing what you do on the treadmill, but maybe up the time. You need to do Cardio for at least 45-60 minutes a day for 5-6 days a week. Doing this you will loose at a good pace. I loose about 3 lbs a week.

You are doing great! Keep up the good work. My only suggestion is to stop eating the fat free stuff, because that is loaded with sugar. The sugar ingredient tends to keep the fat in our bodies.

I have tried a diet with no sugar. I lost weight so fast. It was incredible.

go to gym, get a good diet and talk about it with a professional personal trainer that could build up a program for your body type.
You need to follow that for a while and check your weight from time to time.
