I frequent a local resturant with friends every thursday. There is a waitress that has began to say whats up when i'm there. She doesn't serve us, but has began to have little talk. What signs is she sending. Is she showing interest?

Waitress are use to customers hitting on them when they are serving them, this waitress is more than likely into someone in your group so ask her out. It couldn't hurt and then you'll know!

I think that she is interested, since you have already indicated that you have never been seated in her section and she's never served you. But she does seem to make a point of being there to be able to speak with you when she has a chance to do so.
You need to get your self seated in her section and see where the conversation may go, it will be easier for the two of you to have more of a conversation this way. Since it won't look odd to her employer if she is talking with you, since you'll be seated there and it would be expected for her to talk with you.
I say go for it!

you are a regular...she is interested in you as she knows you..just chat her up..and see if you can meet before or after work...my first real g/f was a waitresses and then she became a nurse..but that was later
