So guys, do you think it's best for us girls to wait for you to start the 1st kiss or if we want to make the move does that make you uncomfortable?

I don't think it's anyone's right or responsibility to make the first move. Guys can or girls, it doesn't really matter which. I think it's cool when a girl does though, because it makes the girl seem confident and it shows that she really likes you; that she's doing it because SHE wants to, not just letting you do it because YOU want to. I'm not sure if all guys would agree with this or not.

im very cautious by nature and so the lady needs to let me know she is interested --- no i dont think its aggressive and it would not make me uncomfortable

i like the woman to keep give flirtatious signs and touching then i decide the move because i like to take control
