OK so when im walking or just standing their waiting for something..I can see men/guys look/stare at me from their cars
I hate being stared at and also sometimes they whistle at me or say something
And these guys who asked if i was a virgin..one of them i dont really know..ive only met him once and he asked my friend to hang out to get to me obv..so should i stay away from him since he only wants sex..and he told my friend his had bad experiences with virgins..what does this mean??

and since its cold outside...im not wearing provocative clothes!! i have my jacket and everything...and even when im going to work they always stare

I know exactly how you feel...happens to me all the time too...even the Christian homeschool guys I am around all the time do it too. Guys are very visual. It's the way they were created. They can't do anything about it.
Let me give you an example. Don't read these words. Just stare at them. No, really, don't read these words, just stare at them.
Impossible, isn't it? That's the way it is with guys. They see a good-looking girl and they stare. They can't help it. So just take it as a compliment and ignore them.

If a young woman advertises her wares, she should be ready to accept a response to her ad.
Yes, I know we are living in an age where women can wear what they want. But if you are going to expose and enhance your parts with the clothing (or lack of) that you wear, you will have to be ready for men's reactions. You bring it on yourself.
If he is concerned about a bad experience with a virgin, it's because he is impatient. He doesn't want to have to woo a girl and share the experience. He wants someone who knows what she's doing so he doesn't have to "work" for his satisfaction. I wouldn't trifle with him. He's a taker.

Happens to me all the time guys love to stare!! I don't like it too much because I get a little tense.

of course. stay away from him.
and guys look at you for one of two reasons:
1)They are perverts.
2)or, you are dressed like you want attention.
Make sure you are'nt dressed provocatively.
