No, this does not cause cancer. The most that it will cause is painful canker sores on the inside of your cheeks.

I've never heard that before. But it can't be too good to chew on the inside of your mouth like that.

i would say no, although that can cause scar tissue in your jaw/mouth,and possibility for an infection. - get a mouth guard and try to stop that! :-D
