Of course its allowed, that why we have the phrase "got out of bed on the wrong side" it happens to everyone. Usually due to the quality of food/nutrition, especially sugar, ingested in the last few hours and/or last few days.
No one is happy every second! you are perfectly normal, its nice that your friends are concerned, but show them this message you posted and show them the answers, they might finally realise how much it bothers you when they see how much trouble you have gone to to understand them and now its their turn to understand you.
Promise them that if in the future anything is wrong, you will tell them and in the meantime, they don't need to keep asking as it can actually make things worse by changing a low/off day into a really annoying one.
A good friend will understand.
Good luck. Good friends are hard to come by, so tell them how much you appreciate their concern too, but its a little overpowering sometimes and re-assure them that you will go to them if a problem occurs that they can help with.

Hey Sweetie. I know exactly how you feel, I feel like that a lot. Have you considered that it might be something that happend emotionally a while ago maybe childhood. Sometimes when people have had traumatic times it can affect then in day to day life and they not even realise it. maybe you should speak to someone. personally I always find that going for a walk or doing something that you really enjoy or something that relaxes you helps. i always go swimming or shopping when i feel down it helps so much,. keep youre head up sweetie.xxx

Don't worry The body goes through cycles and our ( male and female ) harmone levels change.. therefore it changes our feelings...Happiness is wonderful but it just doesn't happen all the time ..So, since there is no depression I think you are perfectly normal....If your friends were honest I am sure they would have to admit that they have these down times too....

Similar happens to me that I don't want to see anyone, I'm get tired of everything and everybody. I can answer very heavy, but to get out of that it is difficult by myself. There should be one person which doesn't regret me at this time and just come and embrace me tender, softly... I'm happy to live with Sisters in the cloister.

Everyone feels down sometimes, so it really isn't of any concern. The only time it does become a concern is when you become a danger to yourself or ceases your functioning.
