8 am, 4 pm and Midnight. Factor in about 15 minutes before and after for getting to and from the Barracks which gives you 30 minutes 3 times a day you drive as fast as you want. Good luck.

They change at midnight, 2am, 6am, 8am, 10, noon, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm, 10pm. Police departments do this so that only a small percentage of the shift, day, evening, or night, changes at one time. SO that there really arent any times when a whole squad is coming in, or another going out.

Like most police departments, they have staggered shifts so someone is always around.
