Humor them.... Just say thanks... "Well I love you too"... Then keep walking ...very fast !!!!!!!!!! I guess if they follow you , you need to kick them in the Gonads & run like hell !!!!!!!

If you mean a TOTAL STRANGER, then his loving you will also be very strange. He may have been watching and known you from a distance but that is not enough. I want to think that since he is a total stranger, what he wanted to say was to like you. Try to know the person very well before making a mistake.

i guess id just say thank you if it was a stranger and then walk away but if it was someone i knew then i would talk to them and maybe go out and do something with them to see what happens from there if i liked them

Ask them if they are off their medications. If they are not on any meds, then maybe you forgot to take your meds and have forgotten everything, you have amnesia from that nasty rap on the head and it is your spouse who has been looking for you.
