A smart man would limit their time to this woman to "only when I have to interact with her" time. If it was possible to not spend any time with her at all that would be their next smart move.
Please respect a person's marriage. If they are having troubles they need to work through those first and having an outside influence is not fair to the marriage. Leave the woman alone and look for a woman who is single.

You sit back and admire her from a distance and wait and hope that someday she is single and then make your move. That's what my husband did. He waited 17 years for me. We remained friends throughout the years but never more then that. We have been happily married 10 years now. I forgot to mention,he was the best man at my 1st wedding!

What would I do ?
check my driver's license and take a good long look in the mirror -- because this isn't ME we're talking about here !!
and, if it were to EVER be possible that that would even remotely be the case-- the "friendship" would terminate for
lack of contact-- for I would be long gone way before the idea of anything further could even finish finalizing !!! Gone !!!

I would respect the marriage and leave it alone. If she gets divorced, then you might consider expressing your feelings towards her. It is not right to try and meddle in someones marriage. Do you not care how this might affect her husband? Their family? There are plenty of single women out there, go find one of them. Leave married women alone, they are not for you.

Nice. Both your answers say you want to help her break up her marriage, to end the trust they have.
Consider the millions of women on the earth and look for one who has not promised to love someone else. Besides, if she cheats with you, she will cheat on you. To think anything else is stupid.

Stay friend, hook up every now and then, but keep a single life for yourself. Do not become attached to her.

Chop off your thing so you don't do anything stupid.
Seriously, you won't be able to control yourself and you'll end up doing something stupid. Move - run away. DON'T DO IT.

Warning:
This is on God's top ten list of "do's & don'ts".
If you are a smart man, you don't want to tear apart something that another has built. Run away...far away!
