bashing Islam, why are you so afraid of what the Quran says if you don't secretly believe it's true? 90% of all muslims would never harm you, and the ones who are just plain psychotic are in the ME somewhere hiding out or harming others. Why do you feel this obsessive need to bash all muslim men, women, and children (both born and unborn) if you don't secretly believe you are going to burn for harming others? Seriously, some of you are so obsessed with it you make up different IDs on a daily basis just to do it. To me, that says that you know it's true and are fighting it because you don't want to accept that harming another person will get you major payback from the big guy in the end.

Let's see, you're argument is that people bash Muslims because the bashers believe that they will suffer for doing the bashing? This means that all the bashers are massively masochistic. I don't think that it's even slightly reasonable to buy this argument.
This is not to say that the bashers are correct or justified in bashing Muslims or anyone for that matter. On the other hand, if the major Muslim leaders came out and condemned violence committed in the name of their religion, it would not only help, but it would set a good example for all other religions.
As far as believing that Islam is correct, not only does it suffer from the same absolute lack of proof as Judaism and Christianity, but it has the added problems of declaring Jesus as a prophet and hence a liar, and having an artifact "from Adam" that was not mentioned by any source until around 400 AD.

I am not islamic. I have never bashed an islamic beleiver. I think the problem may have to do primarily with the extremists and radicals who have twisted your Quran to believe something different from its original intent.
The islamic fascist and regimists have stated that they want to kill all nonbelievers. That tends to upset the people that are not islamics. Its a warped sense of reality and it is so way off base.
Its human nature to stereotype a whole group of people to those most visible. They are all we have seen and know. Sorry.

Because Islam is a religion of hatred. Your Koran tells you to kill all the Infidels. In Muslem society's the only wayto live within their society as a non-muslem is as a lower class of person. According to the Koran if you are not participating in Holy Jihad you are not a true Muslim.
You do notice that Christians are not beheading muslims in America?
If the Muslims in America are not in agreement with the radicals that have corrupted the peacefulness of their faith then why are they not rising up to condemn the actions of the terrorists that claim to be acting on behalf of Allah.

I doubt anyone bashes Islam because they secretly believe it is true anymore than they bash any other religion. It is egoism and elitism to presume all stand in fear of your religion because it represents some universal truth.
