I've been having trouble finding the chapter and verses that describes Heaven's streets being of pure gold and what the gates look like. Does anyone know which chapter and verses?

It's not Heaven with streets of gold and pearly gates. It's Jerusalem, in the book of Revelationv 21:23 "The twelve gates were twelve pearls, each gate made of a single pearl. The great street of the city was of pure gold, like transparent glass. "

It's not heaven. The Bible says that there will be a new heaven and new earth, the eternal life will not be taking place in Heaven. It will be on a new earth with a 1400x 1400x 1400 mile city made of gold called New Jerusalem.
It is a common misconception.

It's not in the bible. Mos of the myth/legend of gold streets and all that came from things like Milton's 'Paradise Lost'.

I believe this is a Jehovah's Witness interpretation.
They have lots of mis-conceptions about the Bible.
