They say spicy foods are good to lose weight, is it true? And if their is any other foods that helps lose weight...that would be great! I've been trying to lose weight for about 2 months now and i haven't lost anything so i want to try something new-spicy foods. If you have any kind that helps-plz answer

Red peppers (or peppers in general) are high in capsicum oils and contain a high dosage of vitamin C, which can increase your metabolism slightly. So, in a small way, yes. They can help you lose weight, but nothing that would be considered to be significant.

Try eating insoluble fiber, it works much better.
