Location is Harrison township, New Jersey. Complaint was about a vehicle, mine, in the woods, mine again, behind a development.

Unfortunately the answer is yes. I'd suggest moving it or something that gets it out of view of whoever the nosy party is.

Yes, but you need to make sure the policeman advises the person complaining that it is your car and your property so you don't have this problem again.

actually no, unless there is a drive or a obvious parking area there. also they can park on the city "right of way" which can be anywhere from 7 or more feet in to your property.
