It is normal, and natural for people to vary between several lbs. I go from 135-140 depending on what time of day, day of week, and day of month.
I wouldnt worry, if might just be your body being out of whack because of what you ate yesterday. Just stay on track with your deit and exercise and you'll be fine.

The food was probably still in your system because you did not poop out the wast. You have to remember when the last time you had a bowl movement. these can affect your weight. You also said you did not eat all day so your body ad probably gone into starvation mode were it was hording calories. When you ate your body felt it needed to hold on to that food because it did not know when the next meal was coming. You should eat about every 3-4 hours. Also you may be about to get your period. When you are about to begin your menses you tend to gain about 2-3 pounds. Weight yourself again tonight and I bet you will see a diff.

More than likely you're retaining water because you didn't eat enough yesterday.
You'd have to eat 5lbs of food or 17,500 calories to gain that much weight overnight, LOL. Don't worry about it. Mark this as an off day and weigh in again tomorrow.

you may have been 5 pounds heavier, and not have known as your scale may be off. relax 5 pounds can come from not eating and your body holding on to fat cells, seems you did not eat enough last night, but whats your height? weight you need at least 1400 cal to burn fat properly.

don't worry about it weight fluctuates throughout the day....you could have gained the weight in muscle, which is heavier than fat, or you could be retaining water, or you just need to poop! lol!!!!!!!! good luck hun!

Weight fluctuates, it is probably due to water retention, not your actual weight.
