Maybe you need to talk with a school counsellor or someone.

Try and find an adult you can trust. You might need to discuss this with a little more privacy than the internet can give you.

you don't want to die. If you die, you won't get to experience any of the wonderful things that are waiting for you to experience. Believe me, when I was younger I used to get depressed and thought about suicide. I thought it would be easier to end everything than to keep going. If I had taken the coward's way out, I would never have seen Italy, Turkey, Spain, Portugal, Dubai, Rome, Venice... I would never have gotten married, had two great kids and been able to enjoy watching them grow and learn.

You need to talk. Talk to someone. A friend, a counselor, a teacher... if you don't feel comfortable there, then go to a church and talk to someone there. Call a help-line, talk to people who can help you understand what is going on in your life. You've been through a lot already, and you are obviously a fighter because you've made it this far, but you need to have faith in yourself and know that you can make it through this.

Talk talk talk talk talk... if you get it off your chest then you won't have to carry the burden around with you all the time. Feel free to email me if you want to talk about anything further, I'd be glad to talk (or just listen).

Hey Sammy, we all have problems. I am sad to hear that you were taken from your dad for that reason but if you look at it, it was in your best interest. When we are sad or depressed we make everything seem to go against us. You are very sensitive to anything anyone says or does. It is understandable. I've been there myself. But no matter how big we think our problem is we, as humans can overcome all of them. It is a matter of will and determination. Get close to the people who love you, they can always help you look at the bright side of things. Occupy yourself with the things you like to do.

I know this is not much, but it is the best advice I can give you, the rest has to come from you!

that is a lot for a 12 year old to go through. Im sorry that has happened. Kids can be really mean sometimes. do you have guidence counciler at your school??? ild go tell your teacher that your really upset and ask he if there is anyone you can go and talk to. I sure your teacher knows the situation that your in and will do whatever she can to help you. Dont ever say you want to die. Things look really bad now but they always get better. Stay strong, dont ever give up and keep up the fight.

You are right...no one should have to go through what you are going through. I'm sure you have already been told, or are already in counseling for what your dad has done. If you cry at school...try not to say that nothing is wrong. They know something is wrong, and they are probably just trying to help. Instead, try saying something like..."I'm just going through some really tough times right now." Or..."Thanks for asking, but I just can't talk right now." You will get through this....and even though it may sound strange, you will be stronger for all the bad things that are happening right now. If people like that girl blaming you for something you didn't do, or Zach starts yelling at you....just simple say..."I have more important things to do with my time"...and walk away. Or, just walk away, you don't have to listen to these other people and their bull, with what you are going through. You hold your chin up...and remember you aren't the only one...nor unfortunately...the last that will have to get through this....And you will get through this. Try writing in a journal, it is very therapeutic to write what you are thinking and feeling. Best of wishes....

Hi Sammy, is there any adult that you know is nice and you can trust, like a teacher, counselor, relative or friend's mother that you can confide in? You need support to get through this rough time. As you know, kids can be real a#%holes. I know, I was picked on ALOT in school. Try to not let them bother you. You can see from the responses a lot of people care about you. So do I, I will pray for you and that things will get better in your life. Try to find some happiness Sweetie. :)

You should remember that life goes on and that you should leave all the sad things in the past behind!! Make a new start!! And avoid those that always blame you and start yelling!

I'll be praying for you. Pick up the Bible and start reading it. Let the Lord Jesus comfort you in this time. Hebrews 4:16, read it and believe it. When I have hard times, first I pray and read my Bible then I talk with someone.

Lord, Comfort her in Jesus name...

hi,

Pleas do take your situation seriously and report what your going through to your school principle. Coz you will only give your friend even more space to bully you. If you dont want to make it that public then take your frien aside and tell her what you feel.

the next time someone says something mean to you then say in a very loud calm voiceIS YOUR LIFE SO BORING THAT YOU HAVE TO PICK ON ME. IS WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY REALLY THAT IMPORTANT. then you get the attention of everyone around you by saying in a loud voice LISTEN UP EVERYONE, ZACKor whoever HAS SOMETHING IMPORTANT TO SAY EVERYONE LISTEN UP. make sure that all eyes are on him. and then you continue to then you say WELL COME ON LETS HEAR YOU TALK ****. IM SURE YOU HAVE SOMETHING MEAN TO SAY ABOUT EVERYONE HERE . SO EVERYONE LISTEN UP, WHOEVER IS PICKING ON YOU WILL BE SOOO EMBARRASSED THAT THEY WILL SAY NOTHING AND NEVER PICK ON YOU AGAIN. RAISE YOUR VOICE, DEFEND YOURSELF AND REMEMBER THAT YOUR SOMEBODY SPECIAL LOVE YOU DEAR
