If it is your first bike I would go to a cycle shop that has a fitting machine. There are so many variables:
The type of Bike for a start.
The length of your arms, legs and back.

Do it right the first time and be comfortable on your bike, you will ride alot more.

There are a few variables involved.

The best thing you can do is go to a few bicycle shops in your area and work out which style you want. They will fit you up and give you all the cycling info you need.

If you don't you could get things wrong and then you won't be cycling very long.
