I know It's a beautiful thing, but It's jut not for me, and women and men think I am wrong for being/thinking that way......so why is that?
I know some women arent so lucky, and arent even able to bare children, and I feel for them.

Well yes I do intend on adopting several children.
My reasons for not wanting to birth my own children are probably really silly to most people (and are also silly to me). I have had GI problems my whole life and the whole abdominal region is very sensitive now, so I would not be able to handle pregnancy well at all, even if they have drugs. I aslo have this problem where once I start puking I cannot stop, and I get severerly dehydrated and end up in the hospital. I have a very low pain tolerance. I have many other reasons as well.

it sounds to me as if your reasons make sense, there are so many children out there waiting to be loved. Maybe you were meant to be one of those childrens mommy. I truly believe things work out the way they are supposed to. It doesn't matter where the child comes from, as long as you love him or her and give them the best life you can. It takes a strong person to adopt!

I don't really see why people would be upset about it...It's not that big of a deal, but the only problem that I see with what you are saying is that you said you don't want to give birth to "MY OWN CHILD". If you don't give birth to it, then technically it's not yours. When you have to carry a child inside of you for nine months and then birth that child, you form a special kind of bond with it. Just because you adopt a child, doesn't make that child yours and you will never have the joy of knowing that when you die you leave a part of you behind on earth. The baby you adopt won't have your blood running through it's veins.
EDIT: Your question comes a lot different when you add the details of your health not being so well. Health problems is a really legitamite reason for not having a baby and rather choosing to adopt. If you want a child now, then adopt if that's what's right for you. Maybe later you will be in better health and then choose to have a baby of your own, but with health problems it can really cause damage to a fetus. Don't put yourself and the baby at risk. Adopt...there are plenty of children out there looking for a better life.

I'm not sure I understand your question.
Are you intending to adopt? If so, I applaud you - there aren't many who would make that choice.
Do you mean you'd rather have a c-section than actually give birth? I'd think again if I were you - surgery is a serious business and you should avoid it if you can. Giving birth is painful, but your body is designed for it and recovers fast whereas having a c-section is painful and intrusive and it takes a long time to recover from it.
Or do you just not want kids? Well, that's up to you! But be nice and make sure that the guys you date know how you feel about it... there's plenty out there that don't want kids either.

Carrying a baby can be a scary thing.I might not agree with your decision but I can respect that you feel that its the right decision for you. I can understand how you would want children but not want to give birth to those children. Try not to be discouraged by some peoples attitudes but also respect that they might not think like you do along these lines. I hope you get to experience the love of a child someday ( and you might just change your mind about giving birth to the next child , Who knows?!

It's really none of their business, is it? If I were you, when the subject comes up, I would just tell them that you have some medical issues - which you would rather not discuss - that would make pregnancy a very difficult, if not unbearable thing. If they have the balls to try to delve further into it after that explanation, just slap them, lol!

That is your choice and it is no ones business the reasons that you have for this. I guess people find it hard to believe because kids bring so much joy to our lives but parenting isnt for everyone and if you dont want a child that is a personal decision.

You don't need to explain yourself to anyone concerning your decision. People need to learn to keep their noses out of other people's business, there could be a whole bunch of reasons you will be adopting. If you don't want to go through pregnancy, you shouldn't have to. All that matters is when you adopt that baby, you love it to death!

Because for some reason women get it stuck in their heads that unless you give birth you're not a real woman. It's crap! My best friend doesn't want to give birth either, and people give her all sorts of trouble. If you don't want to give birth it's your own prerogative and your right..please don't let anyone make you think differently.

If you choose to adopt rather than have your children the "usual" way thats perfectly fine. Many children needing good homes.

I guess because that is weird. Most people probably think you are too vain (don't want stretch marks or gain weight and change your body). Or are scared of giving birth.
You don't say why you don't want to give birth. What are your reasons?
It is your own choice, no matter what people say - but probably expensive!
