Absolutely not...probably just another scam doing the rounds...try typing the contact details, or the name of the lottery into Google and see what the results are!

Spam Man has attacked you ....
was it a lottery you actually had already entered? if not (which is what I thought), then you need to be aware that there are scammers out there trying to get money out of you by telling you that you need to pay a fee for the transactions....which, is BULL. If you enter a lottery, they already know how to send you the funds from winnings...if the mailing is telling you to release banking information....then you should be smart enough to know that its a hoax....NO LEGITIMATE LOTTERY ever asks for any info like that...
Too bad our laws can't touch those that scam in the mail like that because the mail most likely came from another country.

No sorry it is not. Did you enter a national lottery? Do you have a ticket? How on earth would they get your email? Think about it. Don't give ANYONE any personal information in an unsolicited email! It is a scam & they are trying to get your information. It may be just spam or it may be someone trying to steal your identity or steal money from your accounts.

No I got the same e-mail and I don't even play the lottery. Just delete it. I read an article about these scams in USA Today.
Wouldn't it be nice though?

Stop and think a minute - do you recall actually entering this lottery???
it's a scam!! If you won some high dollor prize, I'm gonna guess that they will use something other than email to notify you.

No, it's a scam. Did you enter this (supposed) lottery? Do you have a ticket? Did you see and check the results of this (supposed) lottery? Did you give them your email address when you entered this (supposed) lottery? I suspect the answers are No.

Congratulations! You just received a scam!
If you didn't buy a ticket, it is very very doubtful.
Just do a search on them, or try a reverse response.
