is there anyway i can grow tall and i'm 16 now and i'm 5'2. I exercise daily and stretch alot. Is there anyway i can reach to 5'8. Please!!!

Well first of all are you a girl or a boy? If you are a girl, you might as well accept your height of 5'2" at this age.

If you are a boy, you will continue growing through age 18. Exercise and stretching will not make you taller. Look at your parents to get a general idea of how tall you might be.

Exercising won't help you be taller. A human doesn't stop growing 'till they're about 18...give or take a year. Just be patient, your time will come when you finally know how tall you'll be.

You're not too short, but you may still grow. Probably not to 5'8", but perhaps a couple of more inches. Why is it so important to be 5'8"? You'll only grow as tall as your genetics will allow.

There is nothing wrong with being short. I am 21 and 5 foot.

You can't increase your height. It's genetic. You might have a growth spurt, but by 18 your height is pretty much set.

Height is mostly genetic. (And I know it sucks, I'm 5'2'' and Im 17.)
