big bowl of jello
so you get that big sugar rush to get going
then a spam sandwich with two fried eggs and lettuce and mustard
a large glass of warm milk with two tables spoons of instance coffee in it two pack of sugar
three carrots
some water melon
that has every food group
YOU ARE READY TO ATTACK THE PEOPLE IN YOU OFFICE AND COME OUT A WINNER TODAY
NOTE: with all that sugar you ate in the morning it might be pretty hard to get pass 2:00 this afternoon so for lunch might want to eat the same thing so you can get to six o'clock
