He almost certainly didn't exist. Like any fictional character, the only place you'll find this information is in the fictional story in which he appears. If the information isn't there then it doesn't exist. It's like asking for the family information of Micky Mouse.

How can someone move 2,000,000 people hundreds of miles in a well documented era without leaving one scrap of evidence. The case against Moses is watertight.
