I can see the blood vessels in the whites of my eyes.

Should I be concerned, what causes it?

I am taking, Bilberry to help my eyes though.

I have no other major eye concerns

Thanks

I found a site for you with lots of information on the causes of this:

http://health.allrefer.com/health/red-eye-or-eyes-causes.html

It sounds as though the most likely causes are an allergy, straining (coughing for example) or dry air, but if you've any uncertainty over the cause after reading this then it would, of course, be a good idea to see an optician or doctor.

Hope this helps.

Have your Doctor, check your Blood Pressure. ESPECIALLY if there's a Family History of High Blood Pressure. Good Luck.

Lots of rest - and clear eyes may help. You could also have pink eye if you get crusty lids - if so call your family doctor.
They usually call in drops to the pharm. and wash all your bedding/linen (towels)..

You may use lemon juice or unripe grape juice .You may drop juice into your eyes. It can hurt a little but it can heal it quickly. Believe me it works....
