a lot of brands make vitamin capsules you can break into your hair. i use prenatal vitamins. they really work. just take one or 1/2 of one a day and your hair and nails will grow strong and healthy!

Your hair is going to grow at it's natural rate. What's important is to keep it healthy during the process so you aren't going to the salon to have dead ends trimmed, and with them more length.

Some people do swear, however, (and I've never tested it so I'm not a testimonial) that Mane & Tail shampoo (yes, the one for horses) helps your hair to grow. I suppose you could give that a shot.

I take a Flax Seed Oil vitamin every day to help my hair and skin. I went through a phase of dying my own hair (because I thought that perhaps jet black could get 'blacker') and I really had some wirey hair. The Flax Seed really helps to bring natural moisture to the surface of your skin and scalp... and with a healthy scalp comes healthy (sometimes faster) growing hair.

Good luck!

Your hair will grow back at the rate of a 1/2 inch a month
that's six inches a month don't cut it to even it out, until it reaches a much longer length.try not to use a to hot iron, and use a good conditioner, to keep small ends from breaking off.nothing makes the hair grow faster

Everyone's hair grows at a different rate. Usually the hotter months, it will grow faster. All you can do is eat healthy and don't cut your hair as often. My little girl had her hair cut extremely short last June and it is only down to her shoulders now. Eating peanutbutter is suppose to be good for your hair; to keep it shiny and not breaking. That is about all you can do unless you want to try hair extentions.
