Okay, i know it's wrong, but I still indulge in dairy, and food and drink containing it, like pizza, for example. I can't help it! Do I run the risk of developing stomach cancer or some other awful disease? Or will I be okay? I've tried using the Lactaid Ultra, but they don't work. Even foods associated with milk (like donuts and cookies) upset my stomach. Non-dairy creamer makes me sick. Lactose is in everything...it's a terrible curse. I was born a dairy lover :) There's even lactose in Pop-Rocks for God's sake!! How do I avoid it and still enjoy food?

you could go to the doctor and make sure you don't have Irritable Bowel Symdrome. There is medicine for that and lactose seems to aggrevate it a lot. I have it so I know. If you are just lactose intolerant and the lactaid doesn't work....I am sorry to say there isn't all that many options. You could try some herbal remedies. You will need to go to an herbal store in your neighborhood and ask the person there to help.
