I think its unnecessary only under arms, legs and bikini line need to be shave on a woman. No other areas need to be shaved. (wanna wax your lip or eyebrows, thats okay as well).

We already shave our legs and pits, I don't see why we need to add arms into the routine.
Unless you're unusually hairy, I really don't think this is necessary at all. Arm hair usually very fine and light anyway, and barely noticeable.
If some women go for it everyday, more power to them. But I personally don't see the point. I don't need another place on my body that gets dried out with razor burn. I spend enough in lotion as it is.

Unless they have extremely hairy arms then no its just ridiculous. What's so bad with a little light blonde arm hair, I'm not talking about thick black arm hair because then go for it. But I have no prob with my arm hair its just blonde. I don't feel defective or anything because of it. I guess the most important thing is to learn to except the way you are and not always be trying to change it.

Personally i dont think it's necessary to wax your arms unless they are really dark and hairy. Hairs on the arms dont look bad, it's usual to see people with them and if they are really bad then they should be lasered so the hairs wont come back at all and be all prickly!

it's uneccessary if you have small fair hairs like mine, cos my hair is light anyway, so they dont show up a lot. But, if you have dark hair and they are all over the place then yes. However, not forgetting that they grow back fast and thicker.!

I really like having smooth arms, but I don't wax them - it's pointless really as the hairs are so fine that they don't come out at the roots - I shave them instead.
I think it's a personal preference thing.

I think its un-necessary if the hair are small and not dark, but if the hairs are dark and there is a lot of it then waxing is probably the best way to get rid of them.

Personally i think waxing the forearms is unnecessary unless the hair is dark but its a very popular waxing treatment at salons.

well if it bothers you and you would feel better about yourself - then go for it. i don't think it is really necessary unless there is a large amount of hair ( more than normal) or it the hairs are really dark. i had a girlfriend who waxed her arm, the only problem was they would get stubbly like your legs do.

No!! That is totally un-necessary. Maybe I say this because the hairs on my arms are really short and light but why would you get rid of them? They will itch whist growing back and you'll look like a gorilla scratching your arms in the street! Leave them alone, if you have unsightly hairs on your arms wear long sleeved tops instead.
