The capacitor is rated at 47 micorfarad and up to 10 volts.

The choke or coil is rated at 100 microhenries. The current it can handle will depend on the size of the wire.

The zener diode will drop 5.1 volts across it and can handle up to 1/2 watts of power. This would be just under 0.1 amps at 5.1 volts.

The microfarad (symbolized µF) is a unit of capacitance, equivalent to 0.000001 (10 to the -6th power) farad. The microfarad is a moderate unit of capacitance.
The 10 part is the DC voltage rating of the part, in design you don't want to exceed this value.

What you think is "u" is actually the greek letter mu, and stands for "milli," or one-thousandth of whatever the unit is. muF is milliFarad, a capacitance measure used with capacitors.
