I am highly frustrated. I exercise regularly, and watch what I eat. I don't pig out, and I don't starve myself. The scale BARELY moves. I've tried amping up my workout, and I've tried downing it ad revving it back up. Any suggestions?

Here's one suggestion that is commonly given in body building as well as fitness magazines...Don't bother with the scale!!!! If you happen to be adding some muscle with the exercise you are doing the scale won't change much.Get a tailors measuring tape and keep track of your hip and waist measurements and that will tell you if you are truly burning fat away.

Give addtional info on what your workouts consist of and how often. You need to be doing cardio 45-60 minutes a day about 5-6 days a week!

Try reading the Book Body Clutter. It helps change the way you look at the scale, plus it comes with a lot of online support.
