A very healthy diet with lots of veggies and lean protein is a must. Also, you're not going to get toned ANYTHING if you don't work out though. If you're physically unable to exersize because of a disability you may have to accept the fact that you'll never have muscle tone. Otherwise you need to start working out as much as you can handle. At least start walking or get a workout video to do in you spare time. Losing weight isn't going to get you developed chest muscles, it's only going to make you lose fat. It won't build muscle.

Well that seems like a tough thing to do.. if you want to change your body but you dont want to exercise it will be hard but there are things you can do. 1) eat right- all the exercise in the world wont fully achieve your goal if you do not eat correctly, if you are not going to really exercise you must try to avoid fast carbs- such as white bread, white rice, etc. 2) do more manual labor, such as cleaning around the house and doing yard work, you will be killing two birds with one stone here...Look for a hobby you enjoy doing that is somewhat physical, it doesnt have to be tae-bo but you never know the benefits it can bring..If all else fails just give exercise another try...Good Luck.

Cardio 4-6 days a week for at least 45-60 minutes a day!

if you are overweight by all means go on a diet and once you lost the weight you want to loose ,look at it again. As for spot reducing , dont buy it . there is no such thing - except surgery.
