I have an ab lounge, and it does tighten things up in the middle, with regular use. I like it, and combine it with my treadmill work out :)

I have a family member that is in training for the Olympics. Her coach told her to use the ab lounger. Endorsement enough for me..

Besides the bike, you should do dome crunches or sit-ups. Maybe a variety of other exercises would help. Tone up all over...what could it hurt?
