When I make myself a smoothie I prefer blueberries and strawberries.
Mix them and add some natural yoghurt and lots of crushed icecubes....hmmm!

Pineapple with a coconut actimel in it - lovely. I generally throw whatever fruit I have into a smoothie but I dont like apples in them or banana. Anything with lots of berries is lovely and melon is great in a smoothie. I've discovered that adding some root ginger makes a very refreshing smoothie.

My favourite is 2 Bananas, 4-5 tablespoons of rolled oats and 1/2-1 pint of soya milk blended till smooth and creamy.

Strawberries, Raspberrys, Banana and Apple or Cranberry Juice, or one for adults only, espresso coffee, milk, Bailys and vanilla ice cream, very nice!

Banana, yogurt, honey, phsyllium husk and chilled soy milk. This is very soothing on the tummy, especially if you suffer from IBS.
