There must be some other reasons besides not brushing them.
Is it because of something we eat?

Teeth, as well as the origin of dental stains vary from patient to patient and your dentist can determine the treatment plan best suited to make your teeth their whitest! Why do teeth discolour? Teeth naturally darken as we age. Over time, exposure to coffee, tea, certain soft drinks, tobacco and certain foods cause staining. Discoloration can occur because of certain childhood illness, medications, physical trauma, etc. .

Part of it is what goes into your mouth: the worst offenders are coffee, tea, wine and smoking.
Also, teeth are made of the same sort of substance as bone and ivory; all of which yellow over time. If you notice, older people's teeth tend to yellow as they age while kid's teeth are usually very white.
Another yellowing factor is when enamel (the protective coating) gets stripped off your teeth leaving the dentine exposed. This can happen if you drink too many sodas (which contain high levels of acids), eat a lot of acidic fruits such as oranges, grapefruits etc. or indeed suffer from bulimia or other disorders which cause you to vomit frequently. I had a gastric illness that lasted for several months; I was vomiting every day and it left the enamel on my teeth severely damaged, and with a yellowish appearance.

Foods and smoking will stain teeth..however teeth turning yellow is a natural process of aging. Teeth will turn shades of either yellow or grey as you age. It just happens. Just keep brushing, and you can use OTC or professional whitening. Electric tooth brushes are the best for plaque reduction.

No every one's teeth are naturally white. Some people are fortunate to be born with pearly white teeth but many have slightly yellow teeth. But if they are born with white teeth and they turn yellow, it may be due to poor teeth hygiene, stains from various foods, illness, deficiency in some vitamins/minerals, or antibiotics (tetracyclines can stain teeth) given when very young.

Coffee, tea, and colas. Also blueberries, grape juice can. Sometimes medicine can make your teeth yellow. So, brush as often as you can and go to the dentist regularly for cleanings and check ups.

it depends on what yellow stuff if your talking about plaque then its little bacteria turning different colors and oxygen hitting them with the sugar if your talking about regular yellow teeth then i would guess that its because the plaque stains your teeth even though you brush it off...if u want white teeth try bleaching them..

The other people are wrong. Teeth turn yellow when plaque builds up. That is why you brush your teeth: to scrub off the plaque.

its not because of coffee, lol.
