You can't do anything. And it's not your fault they are fighting and unable to resolve their differences.
I know this is scary and painful but hang in there. Let the adults in your life know how their actions are hurting/scaring you too. Hopefuly, they will stop thinking about themselves for five minutes and make sure you are okay.
Do you have any friends or family members you can confide in? Sometimes having someone IRL (in real life) to talk to can help. Have you talked to your mom yet?

Know tell your mom how you fill and that this effects you as well. Only thing you can do is just pray that they will consider your feelings and make the right decision. If you don't mind me asking what are they fighting about?
What ever it is this is not your fault!

talk to your dad and ask him what he thought about the note you wrote him, and if he doesn't answer that tell him how you really feel about him leaving. my dad left my mom and i went to where he was stayin and told him how i felt about him leaving. so just tell him to hear you out on what you have to say about this situation.
Good luck!!!

i'm sure your dad thought your note was very sweet...
just b/c they are fighting doesn't mean that either of your parents love you any less. they are just trying to work out their adult problems.
pray about it...everything happens for a reason...
my parents divorced and it was better seeing them divorced than seeing them argue and unhappy all the time.
good luck and God bless

Y our relationship with each of your parents is quite separate from their relationship with each other and if they can not stay together, it is a reflection of how they are able to relate to each other, not to you. If you beg your father not to leave, he may stay for you, not for their marriage. Sometimes you can be flogging a dead horse in relationships.

Sit them both down and talk to them about it. If they divorce, it's painful but it's life and you will live on. My parents divorced when I was young. It was hard for me to deal with, but I'm okay with it now.
