You are on the right track. Daily exercise combined with a healthy diet is the best way to maintain your great shape. Try to avoid drinking alcoholic beverages, and stay away from fast food and refined carbohydrates. Don't use artificial sugars - if it needs sweetening, try Stevia, a little goes a long way, and it has not shown any recorded side effects at all. Check out their website here: http://stevia.com/SteviaArticle.asp?Id=2269
Basically, whole foods, plenty of veggies and fruit, lean meats, and good old fashioned water and exercise.

At 18 and only 108, unless you are pretty darn short, I would suggest eating something. But other than that, it's going to be another 10 to 15 years before your body naturally wants to slow down.
Keep up some sort of cardio at least once or twice a week, maybe three times. If you want to lift, that's a good idea. Be sure you are eating from all the food groups. You are wayyyyyyyyyyyy too light to worry about fat or carbs or even sweets. Just eat healthy.

Yeah thats really thin..... But anyways.. I would say just keep working out maybe run or walk on the occasion.
Also I would try doing different workouts targeting different muscles that way you would be totally toned all over not just in certain places.
