if i move my toes forward sometimes, it feels like some sort of tendon or something gets locked up, and its painful. I have to almost use my hand to move my toes back. its hard to explain, but it is something that causes pain when i move all of my toes together, and something feels as though its getting "stuck"

Your tendons are probably real tight in your feet. Physical therapy for the cure! I get the same thing to the point I have to pull them out straight and the pain is just unbearable! However, I have RSD in one foot/ankle so that is my first big problem and when I go for PT for the RSD, they also take care of the other problem!

When I am really stressed, my feet go into really horrible cramps...............the toes seem to curl into a position that I HAVE to pull them back out of the position! It sounds as though you are describing this. Ask yourself, what you are upset or stressed out about, at this time.

You need to exercise or walk more often and rub your feet every night with aspercream....try it before you see your doctor.
