Greek Spaghetti
INGREDIENTS
1 pound spaghetti
1/4 pound Romano cheese, grated
1/4 pound shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 pound shredded provolone cheese
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 pinch garlic powder
DIRECTIONS
In a large pot of lightly salted boiling water, cook the spaghetti 8 to 10 minutes, until al dente, and drain.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a medium casserole dish. In a bowl, mix the Romano cheese, mozzarella cheese, and provolone cheese. In a separate bowl, blend the melted margarine and garlic powder.
Cover the bottom of the prepared dish with 1/3 of the cooked spaghetti, top with 1/3 of the cheese mixture, and drizzle with 1/3 margarine mixture. Repeat layering. Be sure to end with cheese on top. (If you really like garlic you can sprinkle between layers as desired.)
Bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until cheese is bubbly and lightly brown.

Youre in luck!!! I just so happen to have The Olive Gardens recipe for Fettucini Alfredo, I make this by adding shrimp or chicken or spinach to give it my own little flair here's the recipe:
1/2 c or 1 stick butter (unsalted)
2 cups heavy cream (heavy whipping cream)
1/8 tspn garlic powder
1/8 tspn ground black pepper
1 12 oz box fettucini noodles
1/4 c grated parmesan cheese.
melt the butter in medium saucepan over medium heat.
add the cream, garlic powder, and pepper and simmer for 10 -12 mins or until thick.
at the same time bring 4 cups of water to a boil and add the pasta
when the sauce has reached your desired consistency ( it should coat the back of a spoon really well)
add all the parmesan cheese. and stir well
drain the pasta serve on plates with alfredo sauce poured all over the top
It is delicious

This should take about 30 mins, Im not sure whats its called but it goes like this,
2 x Chicken fillets -diced
2-3 slices of good ham chopped into smallish squares
A handful of Monge tout
Some chopped mushrooms
a small carton of Creme Fraiche
a small block of Lancashire cheese - crumbled
Penne pasta
Fry the chicken in a Wok, take out when done and fry the ham, monge tout and mushrooms for a couple of mins, then add the chicken back and fry for a few more minutes.
In the meantime put the pasta on to boil.
Put the creme fraiche in with the chicken and stir, and let it simmer until the pasta is ready.
Drain pasta, put it in the wok with the chicken and stir.
Finally sprinke the cheese all over, stiring it in until melted and serve it straight away.
I like to have it with some homemade potato wedges.

Hi!
Ok, the studenty response - if you don't want to spend hours cooking! It's DELICIOUS!
*PESTO, SPINACH AND CHEESE*
Either take some dried pasta or (even better) stuffed tortellini, preferably stuffed with spinach and ricotta.
Cook the pasta according to pack instructions.
When pasta almost done, add a few handfulls of fresh spinach. If you don't like spinach, then leave it out.
Drain the pasta and spinach in the sink and toss back into the hot saucepan.
Spoon about 3 or 4 forkfulls of pesto into the saucepan and mix in.
Grate some cheese onto the top, quickly toss it around, chuck into a bowl, and you're done!
You can add things like pine nuts or wallnuts if you want more texture.

If you're ever at home with nothing to eat, cook some pasta, drain it, put a dollop of salad cream, mayonnaise or your favourite sauce in there and mix it up. Cover in lots of grated cheese and mix together until the cheese has melted. Easy, cheesy and tasty!
:-)

Tried White sauce on boil pasta topped with grated cheese and sliced tomatoes and a dusting of parsley, grilled for 10 minutes in an oven till cheese melted.
White Sauce:
In a saucepan melt about 2 tblespoons butter, then add 2 tblespoons flour, mix and braise lightly, add milk a little at a time and stir continuosly, so that lumps don't form. When thick season with salt and pepper, add cheese to hot white sauce to make a cheese sauce. Or you could just buy them in those instant packets, add boiling water and sauce done.
To add variety you can layer with mash or french fries, braised chiccken cubes or savoury mince, add a cup of steamed veges then add pasta and throw white sauce on top, grate cheese and slice tomatoes or peppers and brown in oven till cheese is grilled, this is my kids favourite and my husbands.

Here is an idea if you like alfredo sauce. It is chicken breast, broccoli, and pene pasta and if you like to be on the healthy side whole wheat pasta tastes really good and is better for you!
You will need: Chicken breast, Broccoli, Cheese of your liking, Alfredo sauce of your liking, Garlic, Salt & Pepper, and Pasta! **amount is depending on your party size***
So first you marinade your chicken with seasoning of your liking and let sit for about half hour to catch some flavor but if you have time then overnight is best. Boil water in a pot with 2 teaspoons of iodized salt and a tea spoon of extra virgin olive oil. Once it comes to a boil place the pasta in and add some pepper and garlic to add flavor to pasta because at this point it is your only chance to flavor the pasta. Once you have that going you can then start the broccoli. I like to put the broccoli in the pot before it comes to a boil because it helps thaw and cook faster in my opinion. At this point you have the two pots going and now you can focus on your chicken. Take it out of the refrigerator and cut into cubes as thick as you like then you can grill them if you have the George Foreman Grill and if not then you can take a pan pour about 4 cap fulls of extra virgin olive oil to cover the bottom of the pan and keep flame in between medium and high and once you feel the oil is hot then place the chicken and stir frequently untill they are grilled like. Once the pasta and broccoli are done as well then you strain the pasta and the broccoli and in the bigger pot you will put the pasta and broccoli together and at this point add the alfredo sauce keeping the burner on a very low temp to help melt the cheese later. Next you will add the chicken breast after it is done. Next is my favorite part which is the CHEESE! as much as you like until melted and you may add heat to help speed up the melting process. Add salt and pepper as desired and ready to eat!! ENJOY! It looks like a lot but it is really simple! Hope you like it.

How about in a parmesan cream sauce? I love to do penne that way. Make a cream sauce and add as much Parmesan as you want. Pour the sauce over cooked penne in a baking dish, cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 350. If you want a brown top, take the foil off and put it under a hot broiler for 5 minutes.
