Has anyone used or using the Diet Plate?
Is the system simple to use?

Yes its simple. It helps control your portions & teaches you what percentages to eat. For example ?% protein (fish, meat, cheese, tofu...) ?% carbohydrate (potatoes, pasta, bread, rice...) + ?% vegetables (sorry cant remember %ages)
Also, plate is small so you cant fit too much on it...
