Has anyone here exercised with Core Secrets? (the inflatable ball workout with gunner peterson and brooke burge) has anyone kept doing this nonstop and gotten results? cause i have it and tried it, but i dont feel it gives me enough workout for a full days worth. has anyone done it for like a month straight or more?

I did this workout for 3 months after having our second baby and I lost no weight. I am sure it works for some people, but I like to FEEL like I am working out and I didn't get that. I use the new TransFirmer system. I am loving it. I haven't lost any weight, but I have only been doing it for a week. It makes you sweat and you feel like you got a good workout in.

I have, since I have a bad back and it was highly recommended to me. But it's more of a type of workout that's incorporated into an actual routine. It does work on your back and abs, even though you don't see it at first, but you also have to eat right (no soda, fatty food, etc) to have those muscles that you have under there show out. Nothing's wrong with the ball workouts, just boost it up, cause you might be younger and/or your body might need more active exercises to boost up your metabolism. So be positive and throw in some aerobic videos in there w/the ball workouts, they're bound to work. Now drink lots of water and think more positively and work out.

I've worked out for many years, and this has to be one of my favorite home workouts i've owned. You can really feel the difference in your core muscles after the workouts. Most of the exercises in the video are your basic weight training moves, but the difference is that doing them on the ball is constantly working your core muscles. I
