I asked a perfectly honest and reasonable question..... and all i got was disbelief.... jealousy and ridicule.....
It's seems like people only want to be morbid and down beat... It should be called Yahoo Problems ( because you lot all seem to be dysfunctional )oh and illiterate......in that case not Yahoo Answers....?
And this is not aimed at everyone.... just those that fit the above description.....

Why should i try a different section.... My Question was perfectly valid .... it was to do with relationships and dating....

I agree! There are a lot of bitter people out there! It amazing some times how you can ask a perfectly straightforward question and somehow, some people seem to find a way to insult you!!
I guess its because a lot of people use the relationships section to ask questions about problems in their love lives and when someone is asking a question referring to whats going well in their relationship, they respond with jealously and negativity. They feel bad, so want to make you feel bad too.
Ignore and move on I say!

if you want happier questions why not try a different section. there are a lot of people who ask questions about ipods and computer problems and even about homework issues. if you are posting a question in marriage and divorce that is related to a happy marital situation then perhaps general family might be a better place to post it. don't know if this helps

maybe people just didn't understand the question you was asking.Some questions that you already know the answer to should not be asked.I personally answer questions with dignity and I never down anyone.
